Shipping

We deliver within the United Kingdom and Ireland by DHL Express. Reliable, fast and easy to trace. If you are not home when the order is offered, then DHL will try to offer your order the next business day. In total, DHL will try to offer you your order 3 times.

Delivery Time

When ordered and paid before 15:00 today, shipment will be the same day. The average delivery time will be 24 - 48 hours.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are £ 8.95 for each order. It does not matter whether you order one or more projector lamps.

To Ireland

Shipping to Ireland, no problem. We do not charge extra shipping costs to send your order to Ireland.

Without VAT

Companies with a valid VAT number can order "tax free". You need to provide a valid VAT number during the order process to us. The number will be checked online and when correct approved. Your order is then free of VAT and you may complete your order. Note: When you enter your VAT number do not forget your country code. When you have entered a valid VAT number but you still see the VAT amount on your order, please call us. It could be that the online database for VAT numbers appears offline. We can disable the VAT for you manually.

International

ReplaceYourLamp.co.uk sends orders only within the United Kingdom and Ireland. If you want to order a lamp from an other country or you want a lamp to send to other countries, then we refer you to one of our other websites:

A useful service that many of our customers use. Dropshipments means we deliver directly to your customer. In the order no delivery note, invoice or markings from ReplaceYourLamp.co.uk will be present. Your company name is even mentioned in the DHL shipping label. Your customer receives the order on your behalf and you receive the invoice from us by email. In case you want to add a packing list to the order, please send it by email to us at the time of the order. We provide a further decent handling.
