Return procedure

When you have purchased a projector lamp from us and you're experiencing problems please always contact us first. We will ask you to check some things first (like if you have reset the lamp timer of your projector) and if we come to the conclusion the lamp is faulty we will give you an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number. After receiving the RMA number please print out the returning form and fill it in. You can also use the return form as shipping label by folding it and pasting it on the package. Please send the projector lamp back to us within 7 days after receiving the RMA number.

Always send the projector lamp back in its original packing. The packaging of the projector lamp is important. This must be undamaged. Therefore do not write any text or paste any stickers or tape on the original packaging. Make sure the projector lamp is well packed to prevent damage during shipment. All returns must be sent to us with sufficient postage.

You can use the return form as shipping label by folding it in 4 pieces and paste it on the package.

You are responsible for the returning package. We therefore recommend you send the package with insurance, so you can claim any loss with your courier.

In the following cases, we will not be able to process your return:

• Returns without an RMA number or an RMA form.
  
• Projector lamps with expired warranty (4 months)
  
• Projector Lamps with removed serial numbers.
  
• Damaged projector lamps.
• Projector lamps specially ordered for you.
