All of our projector lamps are supplied with a "4-month-no-hassle guarantee"! If your lamp should break within 4 months after the invoice date please contact us. This lamp will be replaced under warranty, but only if the lamp is used normally.

Return Policy

You want to exchange or return your order? We keep the following rules.

- Unfortunately, you ordered a wrong item:
It is possible that you unfortunately have ordered the wrong article. You can use our return procedure.

- You have received a wrong item:
Always check after receiving your shipment if it is correct. If a wrong product was delivered please report this to us asap. We make sure that our mistake is restored as soon as possible.

- Your shipment is damaged during shipment:
It some times occurs that a parcel has been damaged during the delivery process. Let the driver at delivery create a note of this in his system. You can open the package and see if there is damage to the product. Our projector lamps are specially packed and can therefore take a bump. If uncertain please inform us asap by contact us. We will advise you what to do.

- Your projector lamp does not work:
Please contact us. We will discuss a number of possible causes with you. Did you for example have reset the timer of your projector? Displays the projector an error message? The projector starts but is immediately switched off? etc. etc. If after this conversation no obvious cause can be found why the projector lamp is not working we will replace the projector lamp for you. You return the lamp at your own cost to us. After receiving we directly send you a new projector lamp, if the projector lamp is in stock.

Does the same issue occurs again then there is a good chance that something is wrong with your projector. You can choose in this case that the projector can be repaired. Also see "projector broken". Shows that a repair is no longer possible or too expensive we offer you to send back the projector lamp. For this we charge 20% returning and administration costs. Please follow our return procedure.

- Projector appears broken:
You have purchased a projector lamp but in the end your projector appears broken. In this case we offer you to send back the projector lamp. For this we charge 20% returning and administration costs. Please follow our return procedure.
